Tickets for NOVA Entertainment events and selected third-party events may be sold through external ticketing providers such as DICE, See Tickets or other authorised platforms. Any refund request, cancellation, exchange or ticket-related issue will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant event and ticketing provider.

If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, any applicable refund or ticket options will be communicated in accordance with the relevant ticketing provider’s policies and the specific terms of the event.
